December Performances of the Month

It's month two of our new feature here on our blog! Each month we will take a look back at some of the most outstanding individual performances by our athletes and then post a poll on the blog site for you, our loyal fans, to vote on. Feel free to comment as well!
Let's take a look back at the month of December and what our staff has looked at as the top six individual performances of the month:
1. Bria Bell (Indoor Track) at Liberty Kick Off – Broke Elon's five-year-old school record with a mark of 25.90 in the 200-meter dash. She also won the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.55 and was a member of the 4x400 relay team which won the meet title.
2. Veronica Day (Indoor Track) at Liberty Kick Off – Won both the long and triple jumps with marks of 18'9.25" and 38'7.5", respectively.
3. Ali Ford (WBB) at Morgan State – Ford scored 24 points and grabbed four rebounds as Elon defeated Morgan State 69-61. She shot 66.7 percent from the field (8-of-12) and connected on six of her nine attempts from three-point land. Ford finished with four assists and two steals.
4. Shon Redmond (WBB) at Marshall – Redmond netted 17 points at Marshall while also grabbing two boards, passing for three assists and swiping three steals. Redmond shot 54.5 percent from the field (6-of-11) and was 4-of-5 from the charity stripe.
5. Jack Isenbarger (MBB) at Duke – Against the nation's top-ranked team, Isenbarger netted 21 points and grabbed three rebounds. He shot 50 percent from the field (6-of-12) and was a perfect eight-for-eight from the free throw line.
6. Roger Dugas (MBB) vs. Gardner-Webb – In a 90-82 victory, Dugas scored a career-high 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting. He finished with a double-double after grabbing 10 rebounds. Dugas was four-of-four from long range in the game.
